Absolutely love my Personal Training sessions at Body Mechanics. Having had a baby recently I was so unhappy with my shape and the guys at the Body Mechanics got me on an excellent diet and exercise plan and the difference is insane! In just 6 weeks it has completely transformed my body. The lads and lassies are great and really know their stuff! Plus it’s good fun! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Hi all. I joined this gym 10 weeks ago with the intention of losing weight. Thanks to Cian, Phil, David and Dee this is happening. Since I joined I have lost 14.5kg and still reducing. I feel so much better health wise physically and mentally. I can not recommend Body Mechanics enough. They know how far to push you to gain the most out of each session while having fun at same time. I love the fact that is a small very personal gym.

I couldn't recommend Body Mechanics enough! For someone who's constantly dieting, losing weight, putting it all or even more back on, I was given a food plan and a guidance to what food to choose and that I can finally say it doesn't feel like a diet at all.
Super professional when it comes to training. Know how to push you to the limits while having fun. Different types of exercise, some I've never done before and really enjoy.
